| Many of the common phishing scams seen use a
non-standard port for http/https communication. Not only does this make
it somewhat easier to detect them in a large network environment, but
also easier to block/stop them!

| You should consider adding the ports to
your router's drop list or firewall block list. This will prevent people
from reaching the scam sites and minimize damage that can be caused from
any resulting fraud experience by victims.
The port numbers are listed here and on my trojanports page. Protect yourself,
protect your users...block those ports!!
