Netscantools 2004 is much improved using a column of sections (much like Outlook is) and it's far easier to get to functions you want or use more frequently.

It was very nice to see a realtime blacklist query where you could see WHY clients were complaining they couldn't get their mail, saved me Sooo much time going to each one (I knew of) to check.

I can't say enough about the smart WHOIS you can enter an IP or a domain name and get results without having to do it the hard way (you know, either network solutions or ARIN) only to be directed to another regional host.

My Boss liked the subnet calculator, it made routing/provisioning issues a 'snap' Incidentally, after a short time of shoulder-surfing his employee, he discovered my tool and asked about it..now he too uses it to make life easier!
