Make your own Avatar

To make an avatar you will need to download the following programs.
irfanview
bsplayer
unfreez
Microsoft image resizer

You will need something to build off of. GIFs of course. If not...

1.open the video file in the bs player, capture the video you want to make a gif ,capture as many as possible
2.convert to gifs using irfanview(hit b)
3.resize them using Microsoft image resizer 120x120 or less
4.edit the size down to under 100k by deleting unnecessary gifs
5.drag and drop them to unfreez (you might want to play around with the settings to look smooth)

Here is how you make a mouse over sig.
paste this into your signature:
[IMG]"Image URL 1" onMouseOver="this.src='IMG URL 2'" onMouseOut="this.src='Image URL 1'[/IMG]
